No CanBus

Lights are really brilliant red light, but the canbus doesn't work. I have more MAXGTRS fantastic lamps they don't give any problem.
But in my car (Citroen C4 Picasso 2007) the 1156 BA 15S should have any problem and the display show me 'defect on position lights'.
